I. READ THE TEXT AND ANSWER THE QUESTIONS.

The Adams Family

There are six members in the Adams Family: Homero, Morticia, Lucas, Merlina, Pericles and Morticia´s mother, and they are all crazy.

Homero is Morticia´s husband. He is a very romantic guy that loves fighting with swords and dancing. Morticia, Homero´s wife, is a very delicate and fine woman. She was born in France and she always wears long and black dresses. In fact, she loves pain and suffering.

In this odd family there are 2 kids: Pericles and Merlina.

Pericles is a fat boy that enjoys playing with knives, hatches, guillotines and electric chairs, but he can’t do anything without his sister Merlina.

Merlina is very quiet and serious girl. She doesn’t have friends and she never smile.

Homero´s old brother is Lucas. He is completely crazy, a maniac that likes making bombs and teaching children how to kill people with venom and poisons.

The last member of the Adams Family is “grand mother” (Morticia´s mother). She loves cooking delicious meals with snakes, spiders and worms. They live in their Medieval and dark palace with “Large”, “Fingers” and Crocodile…
